We've got some great seafood coming in at the moment. In the Shellfish we've got large fresh Whelks and Palourd Clams coming from Weymouth a few days per week. We also have some delicious Scallops in their shells and delicious Razor Clams from the South Coast. Finally we have some great Brown Crab from Scotland which are really meaty and tasty.

On the line caught side we've got some great Welsh Wild Bass coming in, Norwegian Cod and Haddock are filleting off really well giving lovely white thick cuts. Spanish Mackerel are very good quality and a cheaper menu option giving a great option for the specials board.

 On the Flat Fish side there's still a lot of Roe being carried at the moment in Plaice and Lemons as whole fish but we're getting some quality fillets in from Norway and Scotland.

On the portions, we are getting some huge monk fish from Scotland which are perfect for filleting and cutting into thick and meaty portions. Swordfish and Tuna are very popular at the moment and can be cut to your specification and size.
