This month we've got some great seafood available.  For starters there's extra large monkfish (Scottish) ranging from 6-10 kilo tails, giving thick meaty fillets good for chunky portions.

We've got Line caught south coast plaice around the pound size great for top skinning and serving whole fresh off Brighton day boats.

For you Fish and Chip lovers we've got Single 8oz Haddock fillets which are good for chip shop style dishes and portion controlled. Also Larger Scottish trawled mackerel starting to come through now great quality firm fillets.

Also available are some fabulous Chillian Sword fish loins order whole loins or we can cut them to the steak size you require. Very tasty and flexible.

On the Shellfish side we've got Native Oysters and Lobsters available. We've got Palourd clams and whelks from the south coast as well as some very tasty large hen brown crabs from bonny Scotland. Finally Conway mussels are starting to come through large and meaty and at a good price too.

Giving us 24 hours notice you can now order sweet fresh queen scallops either 1 kilo size packets of meat or looking pretty on the half shell straight from the Isle of Man.
