There's some great quality shell fish this month palourd and razor clams from France. We've got some fantastic oysters and fresh langoustines from Scotland. On top of that superb  meaty mussels from Wales clean and ready to cook.

We're pleased to have native lobsters which are still available lovely and sweet and from our waters.

On the fresh fish we are still having amazing Plaice coming in off the Brighton day boats. It's great for top skinning and serving whole or how about our extra large fillets thick and meaty just right for cutting into Goujons.

We've got good size herrings and squid starting to come from Scotland.  We have some extra large monkfish 6/10 kilo size tails that will give you some top quality chunky cut portions. Skate wings are great this time of year skinned and trimmed pan ready direct from Fleetwood.

Chip shop style dishes are always popular and with our 8 oz ready cut portions you can't go wrong Cod, Haddock or Coley, no waste, no fuss, complete portion control.
