This month we have some great Shell fish with whelks , Surf clams and razor clams coming from Scotland. We've also got some great  Palourds and Armandes Clams from France. 

Native Lobsters are available as well as large brown crabs.  Wild Sea Trout will still be in season for about another month fresh from Whitby and Scarbourgh. 

Large Scottish Monkfish is firm and great quality at the moment, fresh squid, large hake and wild brill also from Scotland is plentiful.  Swordfish and tuna loins from Spain are nice too, great for thick chunky portions.
