Our smoke master has specially selected only premium quality Scottish salmon to make this outstanding Smoked Salmon. This luxury smoked salmon is produced following a traditional Scottish recipe using 100% all natural ingredients.
Each fresh salmon fillet is individually dry cured by hand with a special blend of rich golden brown sugar and pure Kosher salt for 18 hours before being naturally smoked. The salmon is gently smoked over smouldering natural oak wood chippings and then matured slowly to develop a full distinctive flavour. The fillet is carefully hand trimmed, leaving just the prime meat read to be savoured.
Fish Co smoked salmon is Kosher certified and is free from artificial colours & preservatives. It is also a rich source of Omega 3 fish oils which help maintain a healthy heart.
